Wondering if there's been any progress on the community front with developed teamspeak hosting scripts to create accounts, with hooks for billing, and possibly a built-in user cp instead of the TS admin cp.

Would have to be in either php or cfm for my uses though.

Yeah, I saw a couple similiar to the german one in functionality but nothing with enough features to be usefull for a host to automate signups/management of multiple servers.

We, like many other hosts designed their scripts from scratch. You can look into multipurpouse billing systems like Modern and Agile Bill. Automating TS is rather simple.

You can feel free to check out our control panel on our website www.caribehosting.us

Good luck!

Well I use Hsphere by positive software (http://www.psoft.net) I am currently working on making hsphere run some server side scripts when it sends out the confirmation email that will also generate the new server and also email those details as well.

I am thinking though of just spending the money and have someone like hspheretemplates.com generate an addon to hsphere that will take care of this for me. Hsphere is great as it does all the billing for me and will automatically suspend accounts and whatnot.... if it did that for teamspeak that would be great.

If anyone is interusted in maybe spliting the cost with me to get this done please feel free to email me at:

Caribehost,

I took a look at your guest account and that's definately what I'm looking for assuming the backend automates account provisioning to multiple local or remote servers. Looks very clean and well done. I also saw another TS/Vent host that integrated with MB.

I do currently own ModernBill and have considered hooking that into TS, and have looked at AgileBill.

I have considered having a custom php app written to do all this but I haven't felt comfortable with any freelance developers doing it, especially those without any prior experience with either billing packages or TS - not that that's easy to find. :)

Did you link your account system up with MB or AgileBill? If it was either, how hard would you say the integration was?

Thanks.

Because the person using it is going to make money from using it most likely. Why does everyones hard work have to be free? Because you are cheap?

I'm going to tell you a secret: Coders enjoy gadgets with flashing LEDs, eating, a roof over their heads and internet access. If things like that are free where you are from it should be easy to find people willing to code what you want for free.

Amen brutha..

I am coding a Game : Voice Control panel for LAMP at the moment. The project is 8 days old and I have already automated 2 game tpyes to install and start/stop/restart. All of this also with the ability to edit configs, manage files with a file manager "upload, edit, delete, create" and many other tweaks. This is not near finished but will have the ability as well from the same panel to control Ventrilo and TeamSpeak.

Admin and Client control in one package.

Puregrain, that sounds pimp dude, I did a script which I posted here for teamspeak and I am about to start working on a game server one as well. I am doing my stuff in PHP so if you want any help or want to combine projects let me know, 2 heads is always better then one!
