I do not have a SuperAdmin Password or even a name. How do I get such? I want to up my max number of users. I obtained a license to do such....
BTW, I am the owner of the server the software is on, the one that downloaded it, etc.
Thank you.

1. Look at your sever.log file thereīs the login "superadmin" and the pw in clear text.
2. The limit is depending on the connection capacity, as I read it right itīs about 100Mbit for 10000 slots, so around 1000-2000 users logged in on 1 system. (!! this is gueswork that 10-20 % of a servers slots are occupied)
Maybe someone else got more detailed information about that.

Here is a Theoretical Question. I am running a Proliant DL740 Server with 32 GB RAM, 8 2.8 ghz Intel Xeon processors, and aroun 2,000 gb of HD space on a 3 optical T3's to multiple redudant backbones. Overall connection speed is very high, since we are using Cisco Catalyst switches. Theoretically, what are my max users? I doubt if I will ever use that many servers, but I am considering hosting a Server as a ATHP, and was curious what my maximum would be? Any ideas?

if your not your slot count has to be under 100 FYI

You will probably run out of your bandwidth FAR before you run out of server. Just for your future reference, a T3 is only 45 meg. If you have 3 of them to 3 different providers, you may not fully achieve 150 meg of transport. Think of this as reduandant, rather than load sharing.
And the Catalyst switches are irrelevant to this duscussion, as even a netgear switch behind a Cisco 3600 router would be overkill for your Internet bandwidth.
Given the description from Timeless, This would mean that you have a theroetical limit of about 500 to 1000 users. But, that is assuming that his assumptions are correct, and that you have nothing else eating bandwidth.
And just so you know the "optical" T3 is nothing more than a normal T3 with a media converter. Nothing really special, just used to get past some distance limitations.
