Ok the person can't connect, for what ever reason.

There is one question, do I have to have hosting to get it to work or no?

if your asking if you have to have a company host a ts for you NO you can host a ts server off your home internet connection , but still not sure if thats wht your asking , pose a better question for more help !

Ahhh ok, well what I am asking is do you have a clue why no one can log onto my server. I have it running when the others try to log on but that can't connect.

This is the error they get:

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

port fowarding is not set correctly ?
firewall is not set to allow ts thru correctly ?
or even you gave out the wrong ip:port # - or they copyed the ip:port # wrong when told what it was .

all the above can get you a no reply from server error

let me add that a client with a firewall may not let there client connect if also not set up correctly

go to www.whatismyip.com this is the ip you hand out for others to use you use your router assigned ip or if the server and client are same pc you can use the loopback ip of 127.0.0.1
