Adding a banner..

Ok, I read the FAQ on it, and follow the instructions correcty... so I thought. Anyways here is my config files.

I added in the [ISP] and GFX URL=http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/9658/da13xa.jpg like the FAQ instructed me to and it is a JPG 300px x 129px which should be good by what the FAQ says... so im guessing what I did wrong was in the config file?

any change to the server.ini file requires a restart to load up , did you do so ?

Yes I did restart the server, and my computer also.

Your graphic is a little too high. Try it with about 60-80px...
