*banner Wont Work!!!*

Please help, i have added a banner on a few ts servers for people before for there hosting, but mine will not work.
I have added the
[ISP]
GFX URL= http://yoursite/image.jpg
But no matter if i put
http://imageshack.us/myuser/myimage.jpg
or
http://pcdude.hopto.org/tsheader.jpg
(my server) or
http://localhost/tsheader.jpg

None will work.
