Hi i was wondering how do i change the password so that only one person cant get in but everyone else can

Thats simple,

you tell everybody except one person the new password, and change it then.

but when i was "Banned" from a server i couldnt get in but when i did get in there new ppl and i know they didnt go in when i did they got in before iw as unbanned

äh... can you write that so that everyone understand it ? I really don't get it :-(
