No matter what I do, I cannot get the server to switch the UDP port.
Can someone please advise on this?
Have added the entry to the server.ini
[Main Config]
ServerUDPPort=81
Have restarted the server.
Each time i restart the server, the port remains 8767.
Thanks in advance.
I'm not completely sure, but i think that 81 is too low for a port, or maybe you must have a larger one for teamspeak. try 4 numbers

hmm, not sure why 81 would be too low of a port number...
Considering that at least with windows (im a uni-tard) 1-32000 are all valid ports.
Port 21 being ftp
Port 23 being telnet
port 25 being mail
Port 80 being http
and there are MANY more i could name off...
unless its a limitation of the application not to use < 1000 ports?
and also checked, no, the port isn't in use.
Have added the entry to the server.ini
[Main Config]
ServerUDPPort=81
I'd say this setting is not anymore valid :confused:
The server voice port is configured in the webadmin, not in the server.ini anymore. If I remember right, this is a config setting from "old" days ?

could you tell me "where" in the web admin, because it only tells me that port via overview, and i am loggin in via admin.
and i am loggin in via admin.
that's your problem.... if admins could change that setting, server hoster would probably have serious problems.
admin is not enough => go for the superadmin account
