Help Please!

Hello I'm Hooni and I just started up a TS server. Problem is I can't log into TS with 'superadmin' and only with the 'admin'. Also when I log in, I can only create 1 channel and no more after that. I also cannot create any subchannels. When I was in a guild for World of Warcraft, they had tons of different channels as well as many different subchannels for each and I don't know how to make that many. This is my first time being a server administrator so I guess maybe I'm doing something wrong. Would someone please walk me through this? I'd really appreciate it.

You can´t login a TS server as superadmin, this account is only for webpanel login.
2.
If you create a chennel, check the button "registered" that makes the channel persistant.
3.
For subchannels, check the subchannel button, at the right hand.
