Seems like we have the same issue. I have my linksys set as such:

udp 8767 - 8768 192.168.1.102 enabled
tcp 14534 - 14535 192.168.1.102 enabled
tcp 51234 - 51235 192.168.1.102 enabled

The Taskbar icon shows my LAN IP of 192.168.1.102....but not the WAN ip.

Up until last night it was operational and showing BOTH Ip's

After a reboot..it stopped working.

All the settings remained the same.....I even tried binding the IP..

The "external IP display" is a service that needs an external server to work, and sometimes this server is either down or busy, cause TeamSpeak is used all over the world and therefore the poor server has to send back millions of IPs.

However, your success setting up a working server does not depend on that feature. It's just a nice service so you don't have to use whatismyip.com.

Now, back to your problem. All the "service staff" here mentioned it a million times: This is not a router forum. When you have a problem setting up your linksys, netgear, level one, or whatever router, go to the manufactorers website and use the forum there. There you will find more people using the same router and beeing able to help you.

Feel free to post the solution here, when you found one.

-Happy Junk-[NL]']but when i connect via Internet
would you pls read the no reply FA thread again. It mentions what might happend when YOU try to connect with your WAN IP

There is also a FAQ thread dealing with the "external IP detection"... we REALYL expect people read them before SPAMING the forum with already answere questions... thx for your understanding.

If that doesn't answer your question...post again

I know this is not a router forum..

But it isn't my router or firewall.. ALL ports voor TS are OPEN...

In this case is Teamspeak the problemen... Thats the reseon why i posted here!.

Me router is configed fine... Teamspeak is not picking UP the request from outside....

And that is NOT a problemen for me... No firewall tried by no effect...

It seems like that Teamspeak is not picking up the port..

*sigh*
That YOU can't use your WAN IP from within the LAN is a problem of your ROUTER and NOT TS.
Your (cheap, crappy) router doesn't supports redirecting requests from the LAN to the WAN IP and back to a LAN IP. Anyway that's sounds crazy and is crazy => make it easy, use only the LAN IP within your LAN
=> as stated in the FAQ (why do people not read the docu ???) you can't test your WAN access from within your LAN.

It seems like that Teamspeak is not picking up the port
TS will only "pick up that port" (to be clear: appliaction listen on ports, they do not pick it up ;) ) if it gets traffic, and as it seems your router does not send the traffic from the WAN. But again, YOU can't most surely not test it from within the LAN

PS: some routers seem to support that feature, but most cheap home routers, as the experience in this forum shows, do not.
