Trying to setup TS to post on the web

I have done everything I can possibly think of but nothing is working. I get the first page up but no data (http://209.16.85.244/teamspeak/index.asp)

I have checked the server log file and this is what I see:

I have checked my settings and they seem correct in the System.ini file:

Can someone please help me with this problem, it is driving me insane.

Oh and the server isn't behind a firewall so port 8767 should not be blocked by anthing.
