TS, wont load on due to....

Ts wont load on due to an error message that reads thet my windows is out of date i need 4.1 or later, i run xp and did all the updates that i could find. Is there something that i am doing wrong here?

could you post the complete error msg. What you post is not very helpful (for me). Also do a search (with the error msg), some might have brought up this problem already ?
