Other players get reverb when I use Teamspeak
I have tried every thing I can think of... Downloded new drivers for my Audigy2 zs card... ran my sndvol32.exe and turned of "what U hear"... adjusted volume on mic and speakers... ran the TS "activate local test mode" (which is the only time I hear the reverb) but I still have the reverb problam any suggestions?
Try changing your sound options to wav. Also if its from being loud try turning off your mic boost.
Also make sure you have your playback sound muted on your recording device (ie mic)
I have tried that also and still no go. Any one else having this problem?
This is getting really frustrating.
I have a
AMD Athlon XP 1700+ running on WIN XP Professional
1.0GB RAM
Audigy 2 zs Platinum sound card with the latest drivers
Direct x 9.1b
I am playing Guild Wars
I have the exact same problem. Here is more detail.
In the surround mixer, I have set REC to Microphone. For me, everything works perfectly, no reverbs, no echoes, works like a charm. The problem is the other guys on teamspeak hear themselves speaking, annoying them. If I move the volume of REC / Microphone to minimum, they don't get any echoes. If I move it back up, they get echoes. If I switch REC to lets say Line/In, they don't get echoes but I am unable to talk.
I will try to set a push talk button (will probably fix it I guess), but does anyone found a fix for this?
