How to get admin account?

thx timeless but i dont know how to get the admin acc

At taskbar click "Start" -- > settings (properties) --> User administration (or user accounts) (dont know if it´s called that in English) add new account or choose administrator to log in Windows at startup. Then instal TS.

If you got Probs google for User accounts how to setup an admin account.

Maybe you still use a restricted User, which limits instal processes to access specific folders.
