Freeze?

Hey everyone,
I downloaded TS a couple of days ago and when I open the program it works out fine. As 2-5 minutes pass by, my computer suddenly just freezes. I can't do anything but turn off my computer my holding the power button.
Anyone know why it keeps freezing?

I have a Windows XP Home Edition, 512 RAM, 60 GB Hard Drive, 2.8 GHz cpu speed. I don't know whats the problem?

I've tried re-downloading and re-installing but I get no good results.
And I only use it to talk, I don't have any games or other programs running.

And to add to the above, I downloaded TS Client. I don't need the server do I? I downloaded the Windows version. Maybe Linux would solve my problem? I'm not exactly sure.
