Channels Dissapearing

Hi i dont know whether this is meant to happen or if its a bug.

When i create a channel other than my default then go to it and back to my default chan it dissapears!

The only way i have been able to get around this is by putting a client run off of the same ip of the server in the main channel to stop it dissapearing.

Is there an option to stop this?

You did not read the client manual, right?

Channels without the "registered" flag will disappear when empty. You can set this flag when creating a channel. It's called......"Registered". Funny, he? :p
