System Error #1400

i keep getting "system error code:1400" when i load a game while in teamspeak. what i does is that screws up my teamspeak screen. what can i do to fix this?

Search for a file called TeamSpeak.Conf and delete it.
This may solve your problem, but your settings will be lost.
