BF2 & TS - Voice Output gets real low

My voice output gets really low using Teamspeak in BF2. It happens almost everytime I enter a new map. I noticed that if I hit ESC, and then go back into the game, it sounds fine again until a new map loads.

Any hints, ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.
