Problems connecting

I can connect to near all servers but the one that I want to get on keep telling me error and that there is no reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

I know its on I am talking to the poeple on it... so whats the deal?
*edit I already tried running it in debug mode and it didn't fix the problem.... friend suggested a older version but I can't find one.
