Getting Voice to work

Heya fella's

I just started Team SPeak and people can join my server and all, but i dont know how to get voice/ audio to work , so we can just chat using voice.

What´s the problem:

1. U cannot be heard`?
2. you don´t hear your friends?
3. noone can hear audio at all?

Have you checked if the channels are moderated? if, then uncheck "moderated", or give voice rights like V or AV to your users.
