Didn't understand you.
Do you have a Windows Server?
Do you mean that in the Server icon in the task bar is only your LAN IP?
That has nothing to say.
Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and there you have your external IP
But you have to forward your ports to use the server with your router.
READ THE FAQ for more information.
But why you post in the Client section ???
AND FINALLY READ THE FAQ BEFORE POSTING

Well obisouly you domnt understand my problem and i did read the faq and ther was nothing in there. So dont give me an angrey face when my problem was not in there. Your not listing. Your router gives your comp a new ip. When i host a ts server from my comp its hosts it sueing the router ip not the ip of the internet coming into my house. I need it to use the ip thats coming into my house (the one that would be shown on whatismyip.com) I know all that bs about what is my ip so i did read faq. Now do you understand my problem? Im trying to get it hosted that ip that is on whatismyip.com not the one my router is giving my comp. so  to you to.

Ok don't know what you want exactly.
Do you want to use your external IP to connect to your server (Most routers dosen't allow this so use your LAN IP).
Or can't your friends connect to your IP (You must forward your ports in the router)

OK then READ the FAQ.
You have to open the port 8767
If you want that your friends can access the Webpanel open port 51234
If you want that your firends have telnet access open port 51234
Go to your Router Webpanel with your browser somthing like this http://192.168.0.1 http://192.168.1.1
In the menu should be something like Forward or Forwarding Ports or Virtual Servers.
You have to type in something like this:
Port: 8767
Protocol: UDP
LAN IP: 192.168.0.100
Look in the FAQ for more information
EDIT: Why you post in the windows client section???
