Ok I'll lay out exactly what is happening. My headset is plugged into a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound Card(Dell). When I'm not running any game there is no feedback or loud background noise. As soon as I go to join a game, there is an extreme feedback or loud noise everytime I go to speak, but once I alt tab out, there isn't that feedback or loud noise anymore...suggestions?
