ok I did the http://216.15.130.178:14534/ which is my ts server ip and everything to get into my teamspeak so I can change the name of it because I got a new clan and stuff, and I want to take SA's and reg's away but, it says login failed, when my login is correct, is there another way or something wrong? please hlep me.

14534 is the port for the webpanel.

The login port for the client is 8767 (default)

The adress to connect has to be:

http://216.15.130.178:8767

altough i can´t connect .... (guess your ip has changed)

First: Please install the newest version of Teamspeak (Server).

Second: Look in your server.log or your server.dbs for your passwords

Third: Maybe you want to login as a superadmin and you didn't checked the superadmin box?

When he wants to change the Servername why should he login into the Server with the client

Ok, I get the newest version of teamspeak, I tried logging in with superadmin and not superadmin, that didn't work....and my passwords are correct when I go to login it's just says login failed, when all the information is correct and I'm 100% positive cuz I connect to teamspeak with it, I just can't get into the ftp or whatever it is to change everything around, is there another program I can use?

No there is no other programm you can use. Only the Telnet port.
Look in with an Telnet client to your IP and Port 51234.

But when the passwords are correct you would be able to login.
Look in the Server.log or in your Server.dbs for the admin and superadmin passwords.

Have you looked into your server.log or server.dbs for your passwords?
Have you got an linux or windows server?

I Think you have the Windows Server.
Go to your Teamspeak Directory (Normally C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2)

And look for the server.log

There should be area with your admin and superadmin passwords control it.
Or open your server.dbs
And search for the admin or superadmin and directly after the user is the password.

To look in your server.dbs is the better way beacuse when you have change your passwords the passwords in the server.log didn't change.

I got this teamspeak off a company, which doesn't like to responde to me, they never have and I get the impression they never will because I paid for this teamspeak 2 years ago, then stopped and they still havn't shut it down, and I still got SA and all that to it, I sent them a e-mail saying I will pay for it again but I want it upgraded, but no responde so I'm just going to try to work with this until they finally get the picture, but I just need some help, like you to come to my teamspeak and I'll give you SA and see if you could try to figure it out? You can login with the Client on the Server as an registered Server-Admin?
Hmm I have no idea we you can't login into the Webpanel.
But If you want you can write me a pm with the userdate and I would look if I would be able to login into the Webinterface.

Hmm If tried it. But I can't connect to the Webpanel, to the Query-Port and with the client.
Thats looks like you can't create new users.
Do you use a MySQL Database do store your users. Or the server.dbs

I have no idea with that stuff, when someone wants to Reg I right click there name and let them reg, and I'm done with that lol. I'm really confused with all this, only thing I have ever used is the thing were you put your ts ip in then the default port, I used to be able to login awhile back, but now I can't so I can't change the name or anything, nor take peoples Reg names.
