I have looked through the forums for a solution so please forgive me if this has been answered.
When using TeamSpeak everyone in my channel can hear ALL sounds coming out of my PC. This includes error messages and ingame music. The only time it goes away is when a mute the wave setting in my volume control. But this mutes all sounds.
My question is, "Is there a way to mute the wave setting and still have audio?"

My mic works but i just cant run anything else. Can someone please help?
Thanks in advance.

My specs
P4 2.26
realtek ac97
1 gb ram
Geforce Ti200 (yeah its old
XP Pro

You probably have your recording mode set incorrectly. To just hear what comes out of your microphone, go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainement -> Volume Control. Once there, click Options -> Properties. Click the little bubble next to Recording and then make sure all the checkboxes at the bottom are checked. Hit ok. Click the box at the bottom of the Microphone column to select it and make sure the volume is at full. This should only let what your microphone picks up to go through TS.
