Ok, I bought a 10 clan TS package. Do i need to install both the client & server? Do you only need server if you host on your machine? If I paid through TS which I did and was given a IP & Port do I only need the client?

The other problem is that first, I used the client only and when I connected to my server there were people using it because I can't get signed onto the webadmin site to password protect so that leaves me at my first question. Do I need both server and client? Please help.

The client letīs you connect to any server you can access. If you want to hast a server for other people, youīve got to install the TS server.

Follow the instructions of your Clan TS package.
Configure the right port! (given in your mail) & setup the server via webpanel:

http://your.server.ip:14534

As I donīt know that clan TS package....
help can only be offered to technical questions, not on setup specified by the seller of that package (logins, recommended ports, PW protection).

Thank you, I am installed with the client and connected to my server that I bought. Here is my problem, I signed on to my server via the client and there are people who accessed my IP because it's not secure and they won't leave. I tried to access the webadmin site to set some password security but the only one I can access is the "superadmin logon" not the "admin/client logon" In the "superadmin logon" I changed the port to my port and put a password on it but they can still get on it. There has to be something I missed and I really could use some help. On my client I right clicked the "default" channel that they are in but the kick or ban options are greyed out. I thought since I paid for a package I have admin rights to my own server? I can only create a "private" channel and password protect but the other people are still in the default channel using it for free. I could really use some expert help, Thank you so much.
