I can sign onto my SAadmin account but not the Admin/client part of it, although my email had usernames and passwords for both. Anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.

superadmin: supervisor over all TS servers (if you have several virtual TS servers running). Has only access to the webinterface and TCPQuery. That account you most surely won't get if you rent a TS Server.

admin: he's the admin on a specific virtual server. Has also limited webinterface / TCPQuery rights. You identify users with admin rights by the SA behind their name in the TS client

Well, Here is the weird thing, I can only access the superadmin account and not the client/admin logon page and i do rent a server from TS. I believe my innability to logon to this other interface was the primary reason I wasn't able to password protect my server thus leaving it open for people to hijack it. The hijacking was resolved through customer support last night by password protecting my IP but I'm still left with problem of not being able to logon to the client/admin logon. How can I retrieve this one? Please help, Thank you.

I'm convinced you don't rent a server from Teamspeak (Systems), but an authorized Teamspeak hoster (ATHP). Your ATHP is your only source of information when it comes to access credentials or other information/settings regarding the quality of the service.

THIS here is the tech support forum. If you hear static or your microphone doesn't work or you can't run in Counterstrike you post it here.

If your access credentials don't work you contact your ATHP because nobody here can do anything about it.


ADDED:
If you can only access the server with your superadmin account that's fine, you don't need any better. With superadmin privileges you can create server admin accounts if you need any.
