Friends cant get into TS Thru WAN IP...HELP

Ok...this is whats going on..

1. I went to My router configurer site..and went to Virtual Servers and typed in the ip 192.168.xxx.xxx and changed to UDP and typed in the Port 8767 and hit ENABLE then Apply. Which is able to make me get into teamspeak thru the LAN IP. BUT my friends cant get in thru WAN IP. They get the error "No Reply from server...Maybe the server isnt up...or teamspeak isnt running on it."

2. I Have Firewall OFF
3. I Have Cookies ENABLED
4. Settings on Norton Internet Security are set to LOW so i can access administration site.

i think thats well explained...anything else i should have on or off so they can connect?

Do you know your excact external ip?

visit www.whatismyip.com to know that.

TS isn´t always able to detect the external ip right.

yes i know...i go to www.whatismyip.com but still nothing...i think i dont have something on or off that i should have.

well dud ummm this router sounds like it has a firewall in the router that u need to set im sure of it turning it off anit going to help u got to add a idk wut its called again kinda like the vurtal servers i'v helped outher ppl with the same prob idk if u want me to help but here's my TS IP:216.254.251.220 good luck.
