.... give more information about your setup
1. router, modem?
2. firewall?
3. ports opened (UDP 8767)?
4. are you able to connect on your local system?

i have a modem with adsl
no firewall
8767
yes i am able to connet to my localhost
- read no reply FAQ ? With that help you should be able to find out what error your friends get (simple no reply or a timeout => follow the recommendations in that FAQ)
- Does your "modem" requires a port forwarding (if you have several PC's behind it, you probably might have to configure one)
- Firewall integrated in modem ?
TeamSpeak 2 Connection Test (http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com)

I am also having the very same problem. I have a Westell Versalink DSL modem/router. I even forwarded a ramge of ports for TS. I can connect to it locally, but nobody can connect through the internet. My server settings shows my outside IP, and my TS server even shows up on the lists, but nobody can connect. Any suggestions?
