Problems with TS on NT 4.0 SP 6a

I installed TS on a server running that OS but it seems that's doesn't work properly cuz i do a right click on it, and it shows the menu but all the options are disabled, if you guys have any idea of what might be happening plz help me up. :confused:

The TeamSpeak 2 server should run on a Windows NT 4.0 machine. I've seen in the forums that there are known problems with the tray icon.
