Hi all, I have looked everywhere to try and find the answer on here but cant see it anywhere so appologise if i have missed it.

I have a voyager 205 router connected to my pc through an ethernet connection on 192.168.1.1 and a laptop through a usb on 192.168.1.2

I have norton internet security and i have given the server application full access to in and outgoing traffic.. Likewise with the client.
I can access any other external teamspeak server normally. I installed the server software on my pc so that i could host ts for gaming with a few mates but i can ony access it from my laptop on the internal ip. Neither i nor friends can connect to my external ip. I have checked and opened port 8767 within the router software and also within norton firewall and windows firewall just incase.

This is driving me mad.......Has anyone any idea how i can resolve this?

Please help

Tobster..

the no reply FAQ might give you a clue why YOU can't connect with your external IP (if only you would read it).

Basically you only have to forward the port in your router (if you do that correct, that's beyond what I can tell you => you should visit a real router forum, this one is not a router forum => see links in no reply FAQ).
If you have several firewalls installed, I strongly suggest you concentrat on one as this is only a source of problems. Beside ther is no gain by using more then one firewalls... only more problems

When reading the FAQ, also make sure you check for timeouts, that might be a problem
