Ts Server Image

I have added the following code to the end of my server.ini file on TS server

[ISP]
GFX URL=http://www.digitalfx.myftp.org/cssource/avatars/shintaro.jpg
and it still won't show up when I connect into it with my client.

Server version is
2.0.20.1

Platform is
Win32 (XP Pro)

Is there anything else that I need to get it to show by logging into it as superadmin and ticking something or not?

well did u make sure it was the rite pixel and u need to restart the server every time u save a new one in the server.ini.

Yes the pixel size is less than 300x150 and the server has been restarted after changes to the .ini file
I forgot to mention that I also host this website and TS server on my own server running from home on a 1.5 connection and is all on Win XP Pro with apache 2 as the webserver

well dud i kinda had the same prob with a pic but i just tryed a different pic try that and if it works then idk just some times it dont want some pics sry dud.
