Not connecting

I hosted a Teamspeak server and i am the only one that can connect. The server is hosted on the net and even shows up in the server list. When someone trys to connect by IP or even through the server list they get an error msg...i am connected locally and it works though..any ideas?

Maybe a firewall or a router is blocking the connections.
