PPL Can't LOG ON

Hi guys I hope there's a solution for this it's be like 3hours I'm trying to figure out what to do.

Here's the problem I configures my server no problem, admin account etc.
I can log on with TS no1.
The problem now is no one else can log on, gives them error, no reply from server, server maybe offline or maybe TS is not running on it.

I'm using a Cable modem connexion, no router, I'm using the standard windows xp firewall, tried to deactived it, no result...

I've run the webpage test thing, and it gives me no error.....

Can you find what's the problem?

Maybe the modem uses a kind of port filter. Try to setup the TS port UDP 8767.
Network-> properties of connection.

Nope modem doesn't have a port filtering it's a standard Webstar from Scientific atlanta
