How to access my server remotley

I am just started to use teamspeak so sorry if this is an easy probem please help.

Hi I basically started a teamspeak server. It has been excellent but i want my friend to be able to remptley access my server settings and be able to change them. He is a superadin as well but how does he access the log on screen. Also i want to be able to have him run my server when i cant run it at my house. So it will laways be up. Please HElp.

To make creationist's post a little bit clearer:

Your friend would have to replace "localhost" in the url with the ip address where the server is located.
