Help Please

Ok im trying to get a banner on teamspeak i know i have a lot of these posts but heres what im putting in the server.ini file and when it says picture.jpg i renamed it that ok heres what ive been putting

GFX URL=http://www.freewebs.com/ktmderf/picture.jpg

Is that wrong or something please help thanks

maybe you picture is to big try a little picture

Ya I think I found out what my problem is my banner maker software changes it to gif format is there anyway around that thanks a lot guys.
