Redirection issues

Hi guys. A little help if you can please :D

I've set up the DNS Zone file for my server to point the subdomain towards my company hosted ts ip address.

This works fine when inputting the subdomain address into a browser, but doesn't work when trying to connect using the ts client.

Any thoughts on something the guides may have missed out?

My ts hosting company and my domain hosting company are baffled.

Ignore that thanks. The answer came up on 'similar threads' after I posted, but didn't show up when I did a search.
