Ok on this banner thing. I have it all in there right I have it in my server.ini file the picture is smaller then 300 by 150 here is what I put in the ini file

GFX URL=http://www.freewebs.com/ktmderf/fs.jpg
That is exactly what is in my server.ini file and I had my friend who has a server try it in his file and it worked whats the deal is there something with the ports or something in superadmin thanks a lot
