This is not a router forum. This is a teamspeak forum. We can't support all Router Models for everybody. If you need more help ask the support of your Router Manufractur.
But this should help you: http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/N101145.asp#RP614Anchor
Also make sure that no firewall blocks the Teamspeak Server.
And your LAN IP you entered in the Port forwarding is correct.
how do i make sure no firewall blocks TS?
also what is static ip? i don't have it up buut i've heard people talking about it.........

I would advise you to learn some Network and Internet Basics before installing an TS-Server
Here are some Information for you:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Router

Static IP: A static ip is an ip that didn't change like an dynamic ip. If you have a normal internet account you get an dynamic ip. It changes every day. With you an static ip you get one ip which never changes. But it is very expensive to get an static ip.
