Ts opens but wont open =/

Ts 2 was working fine - i had 2 reinstall windows - i redownloaded ts2 instaled it - opend it - it opens but i can only see it in the system tray and i cant open servers ect as i cant see what do i do? to fix it?

complete reinstal might help:
- Uninstall Teamspeak.
- Goto “Start” menu --> “Run” --> type: %appdata%\teamspeak2 , delete the Teamspeak.conf file.
- Reinstall TS.
