i down loaded the ts2 server link long with hte ts2 cliant
i run my server often im wondering how i canbe come a server admin on my server and make it public for every one

When you install the server you get an admin & superadmin account.
If you lost that data, check this thread to recover it:

You have to use the admin account to login the server with your client. This admin has SA (server admin) rights.

To make the server public, just setup your router right (if you use one): open UDP port 8767.
