cant talk when ts is minimized

When I minimize teamspeak or if I have another program open in front of it then I cant talk. I just started doing this today, it was working fine before. Any ideas? I think that it has something to do with permissions for it, but I dont know haw to adjust that...

Also I tried switching my to talk buttons and it worked then but when i switch it back (the scroll button pushed down) it doesnt work.
