Inability to connect.

Ok my server is up and running but after about 20 minutes i lose the ability to connect using the client. I can still connect using the webinterface and make changes but I cant actually use it. The only way i can get back in is by rebooting the actual Linux Server. Im sure someone has had this issue if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.
