socket error

hey all im new here and i didnt want to do a post like this but i need a little help im.Im trying to get onto a teamspeak channel but when i put ip adress in and do all the rest after i press connect it comes up with socket error 11004 and wont allow me to join,i can join other ts channels but not this 1 can some 1 help i really need to get on this ts channel as its my clan thx all

Do you use the IP Address or DNS Name?
