Server Permission Copy

I am running the TS server client, which I have 2 servers running out of that.
I have the permissions (sa, ca, r, u etc.) set up nicely for one of them. I would like to know if it is posible to get a file with the permissions saved in it and copy it to the other one, within the same server client.

Tried to make it as understandable as posible.

All permissons,channels,servers ... are saved in the server.dbs.
