1. Download the server :http://www.goteamspeak.com/downloads.php
2. install it
3. read the server manual --> http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=4369
4. login as superadmin
4. configure the server
a) slots
b) permissions
c) users

5. report if unforseen things happen
