Accesing Admin control panel remotely

How do i access the admin control panel without super admin on my friends server ts3.light-speed.com:8791. I have SA and i need to edit some stuff.

A remote access will be with:
http://ts3.light-speed.com:14534
or
http://ts3.light-speed.com:14534/login.html

If you haven´t changed the http port this will work.

The LAN access to the server is:
http://localhost:14534
or
http://localhost:14534/login.html
or
http://127.0.0.1:14534
or
http://127.0.0.1:14534/login.html

As I can see on the Hosterpage they use their own Control Panel on
https://raptor.light-speed.com/
But you need account for this (nothing to do with the server admin accounts).
I think only the owner of the server can access this control Panel ask your friend.
