I've been having some problems with Battlefield 1942 when it's run in conjuction with TS2 (Client, ver. 2.0.26.27). After about 45 seconds of online gameplay, the sound cuts out and a continous beeping occurs that I can not get rid of without a reboot. Any suggestions? This has been fairly annoying.

I have the same problem, but only when "hardware acceleration" is enabled in the sound options in battlefield, the problem happens both on TS2, TS1 and RogerWilco so itīs not TS2 uniqe.

the thing is that oit worked in the shareware version, but not now in BF 1.2

my system is a Dell Dimension 8100

1. Try using a press to talk key.
2. Dont talk or anyone else talk while map chainging in bf42.

Some of our friends had the same trouble. The common factor seemed to be a SB live card.

I've not had any issues with it. I use it religiously.

Are you using Wave or DirectSound for TeamSpeak?

I had that annoying sound to, has nothing to do with either Temspeak or other voice programs... If you have a Sblive card and use winxp, download the xp driver for you card... www.creative.com
