I Can Hear But Not Talk

Ok so I log into TeamSpeak, I can hear everone else but nobody hears me. When I click the green light activates but no sound comes through.

I have uninstall and reinstalled but it changed nothing.

I have swaped mics but it changed nothing.

I have deleted the %appdata%\teamspeak2 thing but it changed nothing.

PLEASE HELP!
