a few weeks ago our Teamspeak monitor (from serverspy) suddenly stopped working.
this is now starting to get me mad as serverspy says to check with our host that all the information is correct.
the teamspeak host says that all the information (ip, port, query port) is correct and the firewall is open but hasnt heard of serverspy. and to check with them...
they got me going back and forth trying to get this working so i am going to ask here why our teamspeak monitor stopped working.
the web admin interface still works though. so that setting is ok i think.
what could be stopping our monitor from working?
