People CAN hear me, but I can't hear THEM!

Hello, I have a strange problem:
I can't hear other people on TeamSpeak when I am playing Quake2, but they can hear me. When I exit out of Quake2, I can hear them.
Why is that? Any ideas/help would be appreciated.
