http://localhost:14534/login.html for local login with SA
http://localhost:14534/slogin.html for local login with SSA
or just
http://localhost:14534
is this case tick radio button for SSA login if you need to use SSA
http://localhost:14534
or
http://localhost:14534/login.html
or

Have you tried using the Lan Ip instead of the internet ip? can be anywhere between 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255 or 10.__.__.__ something cant remember might be 10.3.1.1 - 10.3.1.255 but i am not sure anyway its not a common internal ip so i would say 192.168.0._ range.
But if you are connected to the internet do what Timeless said.
and also check if you have access to these ports
